| Our 2009 recipient of the Rising Phoenix Award was Barbara Picozzi. Unfortunately, Barbara couldn't make it to the convention for personal reasons, but GCF sent the award to Barbara's husband, Alan, who filmed Barbara shortly after she received the award. Below is that video. |
